I am big book lover and I am always encouraging my children to read. We love world book day and the kids always dress up at school for it. But this year was a snow day, so no school. But the school are re-arranging it for next week, so the kids are all happy.Scholastic have chosen over 400 books this year to include in their selection of World Book Day books, and all of them are up to 70% off their RRP. And they also have a #KeepReading competition to win £30 worth of books. And they have also given me a selection from their World Book Day books to give away to one of my readers!

#KeepReading Competition

Can you help us to make every day a book day? To encourage more children to keep reading, Scholastic are inviting children to send in a video or written review about a book they’ve recently enjoyed, for their chance to win £30 worth of books for themselves and £30 for their school or nursery. There will be three different age range categories to enter (divided into 0-6 years, 7-11 years and 11+ years) with one prize available for each category.

To enter the competition, please send your review, stating the relevant age category, using the hashtag #KeepReading and by tagging Scholastic (@ScholasticUK) and World Book Day (@WorldBookDayUK). The three winners will be able to choose £30 worth of books for themselves and nominate their chosen school or nursery to receive a £30 credit to their Scholastic account, which can be exchanged for free books. Entries need to be received by midnight on Thursday 29th March 2018.

Send your entries via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
