Just a few days before Christmas I receive the December Degustabox. This one had a few products I couldn’t wait to try out. As it got delivered just before Christmas, you can imagine how busy I was getting everything ready for the big day and finishing off wrapping the last of the presents, that I didn’t have time to actually film myself unboxing this. So, this is my first Degustabox without a video to go with it. But here’s what I got.

Lift Green Tea

I don’t like green tea, so my husband is having these. But he hasn’t got round to trying these out has he is finishing a box of green tea he already has open.

Coldpress

I didn’t even get to try a sip of this as my husband napped this. He said it was delicious. This is priced at £1.50 and full of vitamins and nutrients.

My overall rating

Robinsons Fruit Creations

These come in two flavours. The one we received Peach & Raspberry. These have twice as much fruit as the normal Robinsons. These are created for grown-up taste buds, which I never realised at first, but no makes sense as my kids weren’t over keen on this. Me and my husband both really liked it. This is £1.99 each.

My overall rating

San Miguel 0.0%

My husband normally enjoys a bottle of beer, but as this one was 0% alcohol he wasn’t fussed about it.

My overall rating

 Sleep Well

This was the item I was most looking forward to trying out. It is made with vanilla, jersey milk, honey and valerian. Valerian is a herb that is known to help people drift off to sleep. This did work for me and I did sleep really well, but I am not to over keen on the taste.

Mary Berry’s Food

This is a lemon & mustard seed vinaigrette. I haven’t tried it out yet, but I am hoping that it is really nice for the price of it. Which is £2.99.

My overall rating

Planters

These two packs of nut mix by planters are really nice. I was introduced to this brand in a recent Degustabox and I really like them. Each pack is priced at £1.29

My overall rating

Taking the Pea

I received the ham flavoured ones, and even though they are ham flavoured they are suitable for vegetarians. These are actually a savoury pea snack and so yummy. My kids didn’t like them, but I would definitely buy these again for myself. These are priced at £1.50 a pack

My overall rating

Ryvita Lightly Salted Rye Crackers

I haven’t had a chance to try these out yet, but I have had these in another flavour that I really liked. These are £1.39

My overall rating

Popchips Galactic Puffs

These are shaped in Star Wars characters that the kids loved. You can get two different flavours, we received the Sour Cream & Onion. These were really nice and we put them out with our New Years Eve buffet. These are £1.99

My overall rating

Candy Kittens Gourmet Sweets

We have had these before in a past Degustabox and the kids weren’t keen on them. but my husband likes them , so these are his little treat

My overall rating

Willies Cacao Black Pearls

These come in two flavours. We received the Sea Salt Caramel ones. These were really nice, a bit too rich for the kids, which I was so glad about, as that meant more for me! These are priced at £6.59

And that is everything. My favourite was the planters, Taking the Pea, Popchips and cold press drink. Have you tried any of these?

  1. So every month one of these boxes arrive at our front door? Looks like the perfect picnic hamper:) Shame about the Sleep well, anything with vanilla in should be gorgeous:)

  2. I would love to get a box of products to try out, it is a really good idea, particularly because I get stuck in a rut with the same products I rely on. I don’t always try new ones. The Robinsons squash looks delicious, I’ll have to get some.
