The original Pass the Pigs game was first played over 3,000 years ago using real live pigs! But the game has changed over the years and is now made of two cute little plastic pig figures that fit into a nice neat box. Winning Moves the owners of the Pass the Pigs game has also released a giant pass the Pigs with 2 big inflatable pigs. This is great for playing in the garden, at pool parties or on the beach.

The aim of the game is to be the first player to score 100 points. You gain points by throwing both pigs in the air and get points depending on how they land. But be careful, land with them makin’ bacon and you lose all your points.

My kids really loved playing both versions of this game. And it’s easy enough for my two youngest, (aged 6 & 7) to play the game by themselves. It’s also great at helping them with their maths which is always a plus.

We love the giant pigs for playing int he garden are with the kids friends, and using the original set for when we are out and about, as it’s the perfect size to just pop into my bag and we can just play it on the train or take along when we have picnics.

  1. I would play it with all 5 kids..I think Id go for the inflatable one as lillie pops is only 4 and would find it more interactive

  2. The large game looks fun for the summer, but the original version would be much better for playing indoors as a family.

  3. I think kids will love the large version!
I don’t have any children but would love to win this prize for charity, to go to Romania.

  4. My younger children and grandchildren would both love this, and I would too! I think the inflatable one looks more fun, I can just imagine the hilarity that would ensue in the garden when we tried to play 🙂

  5. I would play it with my son and husband. i had the original game when i was younger, so i’d have to say the original 🙂

  6. I would play this with my family – I think that my son would love it! I think that he would prefer the giant version because who doesn’t want to throw two giant inflatable pigs in the air?

  7. I would love to play with my kids. I think they’d find the giant version really funny. Knowing them though they’d want to play outside and the pigs would get caught by the wind!

  8. I’d play with my husband and children, we already love the original version and I like the fact it’s so portable. The giant one would be interesting to play outside but I still like the original has the edge
