I love colouring books and so do all my kids. So when I saw this new kids colouring book from Lonely Planet Kids I thought that I just had to try it out. The World’s Cutest Animal Colouring Book is priced at ยฃ6.99 and has 22 different animals to colour in. On each left side page has an already coloured in picture and on the right side is a black and white version that you can either copy the same design on the left side or make up your design.

Cute Animals

The World’s Cutest Animal Colouring Book features illustrations by Lulu Mayo and include pandas, foxes, rabbits, frogs and loads more. And the thing I like the most about this book is that it contains a world map highlighting where in the world each animal can be found and also some fun facts about each of the animals.

I am really loving the blue whale picture above. And my daughter Caitlin has just started colouring the cute picture of the two squirrels below.

  1. please let me know on the blog post, what animal you would most like to find in this book to colour in? . . . . BUTTERFLIES . . . . they are always so colourful

  2. Cute fox or bear cubs, butterflies, moths, dragonflies and other colourful critters, and birds, especially those with bright multi-coloured feathers.

  3. Not an animal but the beautiful and gentle turtle dove is on the verge of extinction so I would like to see them in the book to teach the children about them.

  4. I would love to see bears in the colouring book. I remember I had one years ago and it had bears in which were doing Christmassy things, but human-things. Loved that book, it took so long to finish as I used to spend ages looking for JUST the right colour.
