MUM’S LIST COMPETITION

One of the most memorable, beautiful and heart-warming stories of recent years; ‘Mum’s List’ tells the real life story of Singe and Kate, a couple from North Somerset, whose lives were turned upside down when Kate was diagnosed with breast cancer. As a result, Kate wrote down her thoughts and memories to help the man she loved create the best life possible for him and their two sons. ‘Mum’s List’ stars Rafe Spall (One Day, Prometheus, Life of Pi), Emilia Fox (Silent Witness, The Pianist, Merlin) and Elaine Cassidy (The Others, Harper’s Island).

I’ve teamed up with Penguin Books and Studio Soho to give one lucky winner a chance to win the new version of the best-selling book the film is based on and a copy of the DVD!

Published by Penguin Books in 2012 in the United Kingdom, the book ‘Mum’s List’ entered the UK Amazon charts at No 1, selling over 100,000 copies in just 2 months and quickly became a global success.

  1. I’d love to read this book & watch the DVD. Having a sister still fighting Breast Cancer & a sister-in-law who’s gone through in the last couple of years, I’d be interested to see another viewpoint

  2. This sounds like a great read and I’d love to see Emelia Fox’s portrayal as I don’t think we see enough of her as she’s a fabulous actress

  3. I love to read a book then watch the movie to see how the book has been interpreted. This looks like a real tear jerker.

  4. It sounds like such a touching story and a wonderful tribute to the Greene’s and everyone who has suffered or lost out to cancer.

  5. I’d love to win because I saw this on the local news a few months ago and I would love to read the book and see the film

  6. Sounds like a bit of tearjerker, my daughter loves these sort of films so maybe we could have some mum and daughter time and watch it together. Thanks for the chance to win 🙂

  7. I believe that we learn most from experience :- Mainly our own experiences. Although we can also learn from others sharing their experience/s. I enjoy autobiographies. Quality of Life is Important, we may need to prioritise :/ Especially if quantity (time) is short or limited. It is Important to make Good Memories, they are helpful and healthy.
