I am taking part in this year’s Race for Life. This will be my very first time doing this and I can’t believe I haven’t done it any sooner. I am doing it with my mum at Chesterfield 5K. I am being sponsored by Brioche Pasquier. They sent me some samples of there new breakfast brioche to try out. They are really nice and have quite a few chocolate chips in. The first time I heard of the brand Brioche Pasquier was when I received some pain au lait and a loaf of bread in October’s Degustabox.
I have just received my t-shirt and got my race pack the other week. I am number 808, which is fantastic as number 8 is my lucky number and also my house number. So hopefully it will bring me some good luck on race day.
The race we are taking part in is on Sunday 14th June. so not long now. I am actually starting to get a bit nervous about it.
I have also set up my just giving page and me and my mum have set ourselves a target of raise £150.
Our friends, family and even a few people we don’t know have been very generous and donated to this great cause. Last time I checked we were just under £100!!!
If you would like to support me and my mum and make a donation to Race for Life my justgiving page is here – www.justgiving.com/natashamairs . Minimum donation is £2 and you can pay by card or by paypal.
Thanks in advance. And if you are taking part in any of this years race for life events I would love to hear how you got on
Both me and my mum were provided with a free T-shirt and paid the sign up fee for race for life from my sponsor Brioche Pasquier. They are also making a donation to Race for Life via my justgiving page
