Blurb from back of book

My name is Harriet Manners, and I am still a geek.” The fourth book in the award-winning GEEK GIRL series. Harriet Manners has high hopes for the new school year: she’s a Sixth Former now, and things are going to be different. But with Nat busy falling in love at college and Toby preoccupied with a Top Secret project, Harriet soon discovers that’s not necessarily a good thing..

My Review

This is the 4th book in the Geek Girl series. I have read the first book, but not the 2nd or 3rd. You can read this as a stand alone, but it’s best to read the other book first, especially the first one.

All I can say is I LOVE Harriet Manners!!

he is such a brilliant character and a fantastic role model for girls. If I read this book when I was in my teens, she would be the kind of girl I would look up to. But even though I am now 30, I still do! She actually reminds me a bit of myself.

In this book, Harriet has just started 6th form at school and finding it hard to fit it. She tries to be a new ‘Harriet’ and lose her geek side. Her fame as a model makes everyone at her school want to be her new best friend. And with her old friends, Nat and Toby acting strange and trying to avoid her she find herself spending more time with the girls who use to hate her. But is all as it seems.

Fantastic book. I give it 4.5 stars
