We love having pancakes on Pancake Day. It’s a tradition we do every single year (apart from my husband who doesn’t like them).
Here is a easy peasy pancake recipe for you that come out really delicious
- 100g plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 300ml semi-skimmed milk
- a bit of vegetable oil
1. Place the flour in a large jug. Crack the eggs, add a splash of the milk and whisk. Beat until smooth than add the rest of the milk. Add about 1tbsp of the oil and stir.
2. Pour a small amount f oil in a frying pan, let warm up, then tip out into a bowl.
3. Cook on a medium to low heat. Pour some of the pancake mix in to the frying pan and swirl around cover all the bottom of the pan. Leave for about 30 seconds then flip over and cook the other side for another 30 seconds.
The first pancakes often comes out a bit pale looking, but all the others will come out perfect
If you want to make more pancakes, then just double or triple the ingredients
