Mediflow Waterbase Pillow Review – Say goodbye to morning neck pain

I received a Mediflow Waterbase Pillow a few weeks ago to try out. I often wake up in the morning feeling tired and my neck really aching. I normally use 2 pillows as with one I can’t get to sleep as my head feels too low.

This is a pillow that you fill up with water and it helps to fully support your head and neck and giving you a good nights sleep and pain free when you wake up.

Filling your Pillow

I found filling the pillow up quite tricky at first. You have to hold it against a chair and pour water into it then push all the air out before fastening it. I tried doing it on the soft setting with just 1 and a half litres of water. I found it really hard to get all the air out and when I put my head on it I could hear the water swishing.

The pillow wasn’t firm enough for me either on the soft, so I added more water. I found it a lot easier to get the air out with more water in the pillow.

The pillow also came with a pillow cover

I have been trying it out now for about 2 weeks and I must say I have noticed a big improvement in my neck pain in the mornings! I only seem to get pain in my neck when I have a had a really late night but still need to get up early in the morning. With my old pillows my achy neck was there every morning and also I don’t feel tired, no more tossing and turning through the night. This is a miracle pillow!!
