The Lovely Book for Wonderful Women by Lehla Eldridge

This is a great little book to pick up and look through when you are having one of those days. You know what days I mean. Those days when nothing seems to be going right. The only day this week when you have forgotten to take your umbrella out with you and it decides to rain cats and dogs. The day when you go clothes shopping and that perfect dress is a size and a half too small. The day when you are going out for a nice meal with your partner and a great big spot decides to make it’s self a home right on the end of your nose. But don’t worry, just sit back and read a little of this book and you will soon be smiling again.

A great  little pick me up

  1. Oh how lovely, we all have those days! Especially when we have kids, the front cover would be enough to draw me in, so I’m entering this giveaway too ๐Ÿ™‚ x My favourite way to relax is to have a long hot bath, with bubbles, candles and a towel underneath my neck, ahhh! x

  2. Once my toddler is in bed, and I have done a bit if housework. I like to watch my favourite programmes that I have recorded. A real treat is to have a long soak in the bath with a magazine.

  3. I started learning to play guitar in the new year and now sitting down and practicing is my relaxation – my mind doesn’t wander when I’m focusing on chords, and now I’m sounding reasonable too.

  4. I love to go for a long walk along the path through the fields behind our house with the music turned up loud on my i-pod. I come back, have a nice warm shower and feel all relaxed and comfy.
