I am always struggling to find things to eat for lunch apart from toast or sandwiches. So I have been looking for some new Lunch Recipes. Here’s one that I loved Spicy Bean Wraps
400g can of kidney beans
2 tortilla wraps
2 spring onions
pinch of hot chilli powder
2 tbsp coriander
lettuce or rocket
1. Place the kidney beans in a bowl and lightly mash with the back of a fork leaving some whole. Mix in the chilli powder.
2. Place the bean mix in the centre of each wrap. Sprinkle over the cheese, spring onions, coriander and lettuce. Roll up tucking in the ends and then enjoy!
A yummy quick and easy lunch and best of all it’s healthy
