Do you struggle to get your kids to eat all their vegetables up? My little girl Caitlin went through a phase of not wanting to eat certain veggies, even though she used to loved them before. So to get her to still keep eating these veggies, I hid them in her meal. Like this Cheesy Broccoli Mash. And it’s so easy to make.
All you need are :
Peel and boil the potatoes and in a separate pan boil the broccoli. It doesn’t matter if it’s fresh or frozen.
Once the potatoes are tender, drain and mash with some milk and butter. Drain the broccoli and add to the potatoes. Mash again. Sprinkle on cheese and stir in. Easy.
And my little miss ate it all up!
