This is a delicious meal to have just sitting outside in the garden on a nice hot day. This also makes great picnic food and best of all is so easy to make.

all you need is pasta, peas, grapes and salad cream

Simply cook your pasta, add some tinned peas (or add frozen peas to the pasta while it’s cooking for the last few minutes), add some sliced grapes, and a little bit of dressing. I use salad cream.

And Voilà

Fruit summer pasta, yummy!!

  2. I’m not exactly sure what salad cream is, but I think I’d still give it a try.

  3. Great recipe, Natasha. I’ve never had fruit with pasta. I enjoy making quick meals in the summer, so I’d definitely love to try your dish. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Never thought of doing this, sounds really nice. Its hard cooking for my lot in the Summer as all of them have very different tastes, but they do all like their pasta, so thanks for the idea! 😉

  5. Sounds yummy enough for any time of the year! I love mixing fruit with savoury dishes. Another pasta dish that we all love is Penne, mixed with pesto and sprinkled with a good dose of pine nuts and grated cheese. I like to chuck a bit of torn basil on top of it to pretty it up. It’s lovely as a cold pasta dish. xxx
