Aren’t these sweet! These White Chocolate Snowballs are a lovely Christmas treat and they taste like soft fudge!

to make these all you need is:

4 tbsp of butter
24 tbsp icing sugar (powdered sugar)
150ml milk
about 400g of white chocolate
granulated sugar

Put all the ingredients except the granulated sugar into a microwaveable bowl. Mix well. and microwave on high for 1 minute, give a good stir and keep on microwaving for stirring every 30 seconds until it is smooth and creamy. pour onto some lightly butter foil or baking parchment and leave to set for about 30 minutes – 2 hours. Take a bit of the doughy mixture and roll into a ball, dip into granulated sugar and place on a plate. Keep doing this until you have used all the mixture. Leave the Snowballs to set for at least an hour.

  1. Oh these are more for me, I wasn’t too sure about the mint flavoured ones but I can see myself devouring these.
Might try covering them with coconut though
