Boil the potatoes, meanwhile fry the onion in a little oil then add the garlic and cooked for 4 minutes. Add the mince and cook for another minute. Add the cinnamon, tomatoes and a bit of water and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the parsley
Spoon half the mince into a heatproof dish, and the potatoes in a single layer then add the rest of the mince on top. Mix the cheddar with the crème fraiche and then spoon on top. Put under a hot grill for 3 minutes until browned and bubbling
This is so yummy, great comfort food! Please note, that there was less calories and fat in mine then what it says above as I used quorn mince.
